You've been banging the girl for a while, but since you're not from the town in which you currently reside she's never had the opportunity to meet your parents. It's the holidays and because your work wont allow you the time to drive home (which is a days car ride away minimum) your parents have decided to come visit you. The following is a real conversation and a very effective means of removing a girl(friend) from your life:
Her: What are you doing for Christmas?
You: My parents are coming into town. I'm going to hang out with them.
Her: Your parents are coming?! Awesome, I'd love to meet them.
You: I don't see that happening.
Her: *jokingly*What do you mean silly? Of course I'm going to meet them, they never come into town. I want to meet your parents!
You: No, really I don't see that happening.
Her: Are you serious? Why wouldn't you introduce me to your family?
You: Because I'm embarrassed to be with you.
Bam, you're single...and left to jerk off into a sock.
